We didn't get on the road until noon ... but we arrived at the hotel at 11:00 pm ... 550 miles later. Crazy that we just stayed in this town 2 nights ago, and we've driven 1100 miles since then.
We had a FUN day with Ashleigh! We're so excited to have her as part of our family! Yippee!!!
We listed to Radio Theatre again today. (Do any of you have any of the Focus on the Family Radio Theatre programs? They are wonderful!) Ashleigh has "The Screwtape Letters" on her iPhone. Have any of you read it, or listened to it? Wow! Great stuff! Very thought provoking. It definitely kept my mind going while driving.
It's almost midnight, and we must get up early and back on the road. We have another 700 miles to go tomorrow.
It's been a GREAT trip! The Lord has BLESSED our time together, as He has kept us safe and our van working well. We will continue to PRAISE Him, as we travel home tomorrow.
