I was TOTALLY BLESSED on Saturday
by visits with THREE friends, and
long phone calls with TWO more friends.

I had a few more minutes with
30-year-friend Debbie & Family,
over breakfast in Centralia.
I left Centralia at 10:00,
and arrived in Salem, OR at 12:30,
just in time for lunch with
20-year-friend Julie.
After a 2 1/2 hour lunch date,
and WONDERFUL visit with Julie,
I filled up with gas and headed south again.
During the afternoon drive,
I had two long phone conversations with a
friend-of-21-years and another
friend-of-16-years. So blessed.

I arrived at Bloggy Friend Donna's house
at about 7:00, just in time for dinner.
Donna's husband was out-of-town,
so we had some serious
Girlfriend Chat Time until midnight.
Thanking JESUS for precious friendships!!!
This sounds just lovely and I am so happy for you that you were able to reconnect with these long time friends of yours. We all need those girl talks...

And as far as Sarah- you should have her meet my Aunt Beckie who is a Salvation Army Minister along with my uncle and let me tell you- she is well....let's see.....a firecracker, no a bulldozer....well whatever she is- she has a lot of guts and never lets her very short stature....let's see she is probably about Sarah's height.
She has gotten lollipops at banks into her adulthood, been handed children's menus while eating out with her hubby, and my parents, but that has NOT STOPPED her from preaching the gospel and being God's vessel for 1,000's of people!!!!! Be inspired - you are beautiful no matter how tall....that is as superficial as you eye color, your hair coils, or anything else!
I know it is hard for people to "get over" sometimes, but know that you are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!
