Berries, Berries Everywhere!
We have almost finished filling the freezer with this year's berries.
We picked #67 of Strawberries in July,
but only #22 of Raspberries,
(because we had several bags left
in the freezer from last year).
We picked #45 pounds of Blueberries,
but really need to go pick another #15-20 this week.
The kids are all such good helpers when it comes time for Berry Picking;
they know that they will enjoy them all year long.
We LOVE to eat
Apple/Blueberry Pie.

Oh Washington berries, how I miss you! I would LOVE to be able to fill my freezer for the coming year!
ReplyDeleteStrawberries have always been my favorite, but recently I've started liking blueberries more. Smoothies, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, desserts.... Mmmmmmm!
