ReplyDeleteI am eating high protein / low carbs.
DeleteMy proteins are low fat / lean: chicken, 1% cottage cheese, greek yogurt.
I am eating 5-6 small "meals" per day (200 cal. every 2 hours) w/ protein included every "meal".
I am keep ing my calories right at 1000-1100 per day.
I am trying not to eat anything after 8:00 pm.
I am not eating sugar (except in fruit), no white flour, no white rice, etc . . .
I am drinking LOTS of water and "diet" ice tea (goal is 1 gallon per day).

wow that's awesome! :D I did a pound-stone converter because we use stone for weight, and you've lost 2.2 stones, that's a lot!!!

DeleteI am in a Bible Study right now, with videos make in the UK, and the speaker talks about "stones". I've never heard of it before. Very interesting.
See above for the "diet". While it seemed very strict at first, now it has just become more of a lifestyle.
