We went to The Fair a week ago.
We went with a VERY small budget.
We don't even usually stop and look at such booths.
However . . .
I was at the fair with 5 VERY competitive men and boys.
Very Competitive!
And, it wasn't even about competing against one another.
Nope.
Why then was this booth so important?!?!
Because . . .
. . . they were Keeping Track.
. . . you could Break The Record.
And . . . my "boys" are ALL about Breaking Records.
Oh. My. Yes.
But . . .
what do you do when it COSTS $5 for 5 Throws?
With 5 "Boys" . . . it would cost $25.
Right?
No.
Not "My Boys".
5 "Boys"
5 Throws
5 Dollars
"Ok Boys . . . we each get ONE throw to Break The Record."
And . . .
TWO of our FIVE "Boys" made the "Record Books".
Gregg "Made the Record Books" for the 25-30 crowd, with a 74 mph throw.
and Papa "Made the Record Books" for the 51-60 crowd, with a 68 mph throw.
Elijah threw a 49 mph throw, and the record was 51.
Josiah threw a 45 mph throw, and the record was 56.
Ben threw a 74 mph throw, and the record was 78.
It was definitely $5 well spent.
How fun!
