Woo Hoo!
Hit the 40# loss in less than 4 1/2 months.
It might be time to go splurge and buy
a new pair of jeans. I haven't bought
any new clothes yet and my jeans
are getting a bit saggy baggy.
(smile)

to take care of OURSELVES!!!
WAY TO GO!!!!!!!! Great Job Laurel!!!!!!
ReplyDelete**as for me.....this bouncing around in career and circumstances have really battled on my insides. I am praying and trying to take it one day at a time. Praying to get started because I know I need to for my sake and my family's sake, but it is oh so hard. Praying for you as well. That God will guide you all in the vision He has stored up for you!
good job mama!
ReplyDeleteWill i even recognize you in two weeks!?!?! 40# is AMAZING!
:)
Thanks, Cassie! Your encouragement means a lot.
DeleteNope. Don't think you will recognize me. :)
Actually, I guess I don't look much different. Sadly, not one person at church has said one word about noticing I've lost weight. 40 pounds lost . . . and not one word that I look any different? So sad. Even long time friends that I've run into . . . not one word. Ugh.
I'm one of those who rarely notices....until long after everyone else has...not sure why...like to think it's because I'm not staring at people's bodies. :-) But, probably it's that I just didn't notice....but I definitely noticed on those pictures you posted a bit ago...amazing!
DeleteI think people are more likely to notice once you buy clothes that fit better. You will be amazed at the difference that make.
ReplyDeleteso very very happy for you!!! shopping date VERY soon!?
